Conseils d'utilisation : 2-3x par jour 4 comprimés en cure, ou chez les patients d'âge mûr comme complément quotidien pour le maintien de la santé.
Les comprimés peuvent également être pilés pour augmenter leur effet et portés à ébullition avec de l'eau à volonté pendant environ 2 à 3 minutes, puis bus après refroidissement.
