Conseil de consommation : 4 comprimés 2-3x par jour en cure, ou chez les patients d'âge mûr comme complément quotidien pour maintenir la santé.
Les comprimés peuvent également être pilés pour augmenter leur effet et portés à ébullition avec de l'eau à volonté pendant environ 2 à 3 minutes, puis bus après refroidissement.
