Chinesische Heilpflanzen und Heilpilze als Detox zur Entgiftung.
Geschmack: mild, leicht bitter, süß
Zubereitung:
- Als Kur (8 Tage), 3x tgl. 2 Messl. mit heissem Wasser als Tee trinken oder in Saft, grünem Smoothie oder Suppe geben
- Für Zwischendurch, 1x pro Woche Detox Tag, 1-3x tgl. 1-2 ML als Tee, in Saft oder grünem Smoothie
50g Granulat entspr. 25-25 Becher, 1g = 1Messl.
TCM-Tipp: Vermeide generell gepökeltes Fleisch, Industriezucker, zu viel Brot und Teigwaren und Milch/Milchprodukte tierischen Ursprungs. Ernähre dich hauptsächlich pflanzenbasiert!
