    Rehmannia 6 with Anemarrhena and Phellodendron
    (F016 + 2 plants, to subdue the fire).

    Integrally cooked variant - all dried ingredients were cooked together before being processed into granules and later into pressed pellets. This creates interesting hybrid effects.

    Indication:
    Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan nourishes yin and removes heat.
     
    Temperature fluctuations, poor sleep, tiredness / exhaustion, night sweats, loose teeth, thirst, red cheeks.
